Begin with a selection of delicious starters, from Smoked Salmon and Trout carpaccio with feta, crispy capers, spekboom, red onion pickle, and honey mustard aioli to Smashed beetroot with lemon labneh, cumin seed oil and mix salad herbs.
Feast your eyes on a selection of mains from the Apricot glazed gammon, Turkey roulade, Roasted lamb loin chops, Grilled line fish, Roasted cumin honey carrots, Potato gratin, Pumpkin fritters, Buttered tender stem broccoli with thyme and Onion gravy.
Indulge in something sweet like the Meringue roulade filled with lemon curd, fresh seasonal berries, Chantilly cream, flaked almonds and lemon candy.
