Suzanne: New Dishes Await

Suzanne – our restaurant aptly named after the first lady of Laborie – launched their new menu today.

The food is served small plate style and most of the ingredients are locally sourced. The Farm Grocer right next door often serves as the one-stop-shop for the special ingredients needed to make magic.

Items to look forward to are Punjabi samoosas and mint chutney, Saldanha Bay mussels, boerewors and chakalaka sliders (mini burgers), steak with wild rocket and parmesan (pictured) and Neapolitan style pizzas. Their breakfast menu is varied and balances neatly between the French heritage of the farm and the kind of brekkie you need after a hike or cycle in Paarl. Their Croque Monsieur obviously pairs beautifully with a good coffee, but does just as well with a freshly-squeezed juice. It’s up to you!

Suzanne easily transitions from coffee to cocktails and welcomes you at any time of day. Pop in for a beer and home-made crisps, a cocktail and small plates, or a pizza and wine.
